All calls handled by Cedri are disclosed as AI-powered at the start of each call. Call recordings are retained according to your plan and can be deleted at any time. Voice data is processed by our service partners and is not used to train third-party models.

Data is stored on secure servers in Canada using industry-standard encryption. All data transfers use TLS 1.2+ encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
